No need to scare people off. At least you could state where they were intercepted, and why - I am sure they did something wrong, quite seriously.
Or are you referring to that one recent case where French authorities reluctantly but honestly admitted they'd got it wrong, and the private pilot did nothing non-canonical? Errare humanum est...
