It is not the case of any airline I am aware that makes you pay for it. Same with Interpersonal.

Turkish even cover travel and accommodation costs. So do SunExpress.

Ryanair is improving their contracts and giving extra bonus for guys who want to become instructors, also there aren’t broker contractors anymore, every new cadet signs a ryanair contract. It is a good airline to build experience and hours before apply to a major one.
Are you serious?

What about Eurowings? DHL? ASL Airlines? Tui Fly Belgium at the moment? LOT are also recruiting and they don't require you to know the local language. Volotea might start again in September. Not to speak about the smallish operator in the GA world like sky diving, aerial survey, maybe even become a flight instructor if you think you're cut for it and so on.

It seems you aren't doing your homework hard enough.
