I think they introduced the online assessment because for quite a while now they had been inviting around 12 candidates every day and only 2 or 3 get the job on average.
I cannot understand how they can filter like this so many candidates, based on their ability to count white dots on black circle, or put a dot inside a stupid tube, and according to this not to even invite them to the assessment, that they are paying for it. and quite a lot of money.
While on the other hand, they cancel so many flights because of pilot shortage.
