Just flown in and out of Stansted from Spain with Ryanair. Both legs had substantial delays sat on the aircraft due to "lack of ground staff" at stansted. No steps, baggage not unloaded from previous flight etc..... could this be a factor as flights delayed outside of Ryanairs control?
I doubt it very much as that has nothing to do with the weather, as Ryanair had claimed. They could just as easily said 'due to shortage of ground agents' or some such excuse if that was the 'real' reason.
