I've looked in to various EFBs just for fun. My take on it all is that unless a product is specifically designed for Australia, it will fall short in some way. That said, looking at the Foreflight website, they seem to have the basis covered. The only VFR chart you seem to get from Jepps is a generic enroute chart with roads, cities, etc. It doesn't have the sort of information that a VTC or VNC has.
