I would recommend luizmonteiro to practice NDB position awareness aswell!
Before each exercise you get the opportunity to practice.
The online interview is 3 questions. The questions is written, but answered as video and I got questions:
Why do you want to become a pilot?
Why do you want to join Ryanair?
What will you do in case the Captain doesn't follow the SOP?
I believe, time of reaction, multi tasking, spatial orientation and the monitoring ability is same for all.
I believe there is different questions for the online interview.
Nothing mentioned above means that you get the same, but that's my experience with the online test.
