I did the assessment few months ago ... the assessment is composed by 4 steps all in one day ( not really good , because you will have to run a lot ) but at least is free .
the administration does not exist ... they are really really bad organized , they try to change your assessment after the confirmation , even after you bought everything for the day
on that day you will have basic atpl questions ( not so easy)
then the hr will start to speak about HER life and career for 40 min ( that nobody cares )
so you will start to gather delays over delays
then you do group exercises ...
the funniest/ridiculous part of this company/assessment is the simulator part , you will enter the sim after 3 min briefing without knowing the parameters of the plane
since they ain't provided you any briefing file , 3 guys behind you will speak Romanian all the time , and you will use a lot of autopilot ( crazy but true )
basic exercise on sim and a lot of a/p , the guys are quite unclear when they speak and you can easily misunderstand something .
finished this you have the interview ... typical / basic questions
after 2 weeks they will finally reply you ... even if they said that the feedback would have been faster .
