She'll have to PROVE that Cx was in some way unlawful and or negligent/reckless in their duty of care etc. in any of what they did which could prove to be quite a challenge and of course the Monday morning Quarterbacks will have a team of people grinding away against her - could turn out a costly and futile action in the long run.
