I just went through the whole exit process. The profit share has traditionally been paid May 26, as long as you are on the payroll on that day then you get the profit share, its all in the employee manual. I extended my resignation to June 28 --just incase-- they delayed the payment for one one the many excuses they use for delayed rosters..IE: moon shift, Elvis sightings, alien encounter, PMS, faulty carbon pressure, blown vacuum tube (valve) in CRS, Russian interference.

Thanks for the response. I am just worried they might tweak it and I don't want to lose out. I am willing to extend to 30th of June just in case. But all this depends on the job hunt of course. I am stuck here till next year due contracts (Nothing to do with EK, but personal stuff). The end is near for me.
