As long as you have the forms filled out it's fine, and as long as you can prove your academic results it's all good. You aren't expected to have a completely completed police disclosure for the assessment day.
I may be overthinking this but do you think utility bills/bank statements should be translated? They asked for all documents to be translated. I do find translating a utility bill a bit odd though.
