The amount that the company pays varies depending on which country you are moving back to, it is also based on the country you joined from. The figures are in the employee manual and easy enough to find.
I have been gone for just under 2 weeks and its only been just in the past few days where I have found my sleeping patterns begin to return to normal. I get to bed at 2200 and wake up at 0600 and sleep the whole time. I left EK with no job to go to which is not a typical move for pilots but its been well worth it. EK had sucked every last bit of enjoyment out of flying that working in a factory would be a step up.
The last 90 days can test your patience but trust me...its worth it.
