When I sent email to enquire about docus sighted and signed, they allocated me to one of managers in Talent Acquisition Team based at Mel airport, I booked an appointment and they escorted me to their back office at the airport to sign my docus. Hi likeaboy, thanks for your support! They did email me back this afternoon saying there is someone at Melbourne Airport who can do this for me, phew! Hopefully I can get this security check done in a jiffy and get my phone call sooooon. =)
