No need to create a second account, also because they can catch you fairly easily. Many people are having a second chance. Some say after 6 months, some say after a year. I'm waiting and keeping my profile updated.
i attended a pilot conference at Gatwick last month and spoke to some Ryanair Recruiters. They have informed me it is indeed a year (shouldn’t be earlier) to be called for a second chance. (hopefully!)
Just keep that profile updated as much as you can.
