That's not how it works, you can't just "filter out" the reviews you don't agree, that's censorship. Besides asking a former student who has supposedly completed his training years ago to contact your customer support because you are concerned about his review while comparing it to spam is just nonsensical. Any organization, no matter how good, will inevitably face some criticism but positive feedback often times outnumbers it tenfold, if the school is in fact good. Your organization however has received a lot of mixed reviews, suggesting that disorganization and inconsistency might be a serious issue in your training. Based on your response to Mig3 alone, I hardly doubt that his review is entirely without grounds. Not saying your school is bad but the information that is available on these forums clearly suggests to be rather cautious with your organization, especially the Spanish division.
