Those factories have been there a while, I used to think about landing alternatives should the donk let go when I was training there almost 25 years ago. Not many alternatives other than the roads or a factory roof. Very Sad.
Now that 22 is gone I shudder to think of any other option other than straight ahead.
(Noting that once I did have an engine catch fire on take-off on 17L and ended up safely on 22 with no power).
