I highly recommend you to read "Ace the Technical Pilot Interview by Gary Bristow". Many successful candidates used this book to prep for stage 2 and they passed it, myself included. That tells you how important this book is.
By the way, does anyone know what the computerized based assessments at stage 4 look like? Is it another Cut-e assessment but in more advanced level? Seems there's not too much information about this assessment here.
Could this be psychometric tests and/or ICAO? Never heard that there is a extra stage after Group exercise/flight planning/HR+tech interview.
