Given the flights are starting in just a couple of weeks is there a potential issue with the readiness of the terminal/runway/certification etc that means the start date is now in question? I would find this more plausible than cancelling the whole operation because of low sales.
That thought has been at the back of my mind unfortunately but I hope it isn't so.
