I actually got the 10th certificate verified in person from the Board office in Vashi. Had to spend a bit of money but it was worth it since they accepted the 10th certificate after that.The Board also has the facility for you to send a copy of your certificate by postal mail. In case you are in another state, you can reach out to them:
