Also the F/O pay in Ryanair is based on the hours on type, so what you are saying that cadet with 0 hr starting will be on the same salary, makes no sense at all?
Just check all the info in the forum. You still have the option for pay for the full type rating or the bond (you pay 5000 and a have a 5years bond). As all ryanair pilot you start with the lower payrate which increase after 1500hr flying for them. Instead of doubt and questioning everything that was said from people that already work there try to use all the good info on this forum to get the job if that is what you really want
