You can go there if you’re desperate and still be better off or one can go to a Major and enjoy a pay bump and very decent Work Rules. A new hire will start at the bottom of the list but who cares with the lifestyle improvements you will receive you’ll be far better off for you and your family.
Emirates is just not good anymore for both money and lifestyle. Why stay when it’s so much better elsewhere?
