From a little further research it would seam as it's technically the start of a period but is widely used as an end. This is why many schedules use specific times such as 23:59 or 00:01; avoiding possible confusion.

Seeing what's at stake. I'd personally take the safer interpretation and ensure its done by 23:59hrs Sat 19th May.
I would certainly agree to do it today!. I am glad my issue with being locked out of one of the tests resolved itself though as my emails to cut-e went unanswered. I even emailed AL too but they just directed me back to cut-e email address. If anyone has technical problems I wouldn’t hold out much hope of support. Either way I am done now although not had any email to confirm. Jope
