Pre-hiring services are provided by Interpersonal, Hamburg. Aptitude tests of "Basic Qualification" (or "BQ") differ substantially form the DLR screening process Lufthansa usually applies in its recruitment. We recommend our SkyTest® Trainingssoftware für Eurowings-BQ, DHL/EAT, Laudamotion to prep yourself for Eurowings "Basis Qualification", if you receive a screening invitation from Interpersonal. This software is available in German language only. However, our support team will be glad to provide a PDF manual with English operation instructions on request.
