Nothing will change in this company till it won't copy the RYR cancelation "episode". As a pilots we are not beneficial part of this airline profit. Even if it would earn billions instead of hundreds of millions it would't have any connection to our salaries. Wizzair is not an airline, it's a normal company as Tesco, Wall Mart, P&G and many others. It has to make profit regardless of anything. In the airline in my opinion there have to be some kind of a Legacy, Respect, Seniority. In these European loco models these values were ruined and erased.
