Even this thread alone, if you look back over it for the past number of years you will see the large number of recommendations and referrals from pilots who have used upilot for their assessment prep sessions and who have subsequently been successful at the ryanair assessment.
Skyhigh's opinion to uPilot isn't very neutral. Here's another opinion. Just fyi...
I went there too and cannot recommend them enough - you don't need to be a pilot to be good at preparing you for an assessement. Flying is only a part of the assessement and of the preparation; briefing pack, MCC, briefing, tips/tricks, tech questions - all of this is covered by uPilot and tailored to the airline.
