I applied to Ryanair in March 2016, and received a rejection in March 2017. I understand that after a rejection, one cannot create a new application, but instead can update their application. The problem is, I cannot 'EDIT' my application, but can only 'VIEW' it. I have a friend in a very similar situation, who can 'EDIT' their application. I just want to know what I can do to edit all the changes to my old information, like medical expiry date, total hours, and so-forth.
