Either your aeroplane will delay before departure or will depart and hope the weather improves.
If the flight is cancelled then you would need to speak to EZY as to their policy as the cancellation would be due to the weather.
If the flight departs then has to divert, you have a contract with EZY to take you to INN, so they would be responsible for getting you from the airfield that you have diverted to, to INN, whether that be by road or by refuelling and going again if the weather has bucked up.
