Of course not, but some chief pilots or airlines or recruiters or insurers are just...well you know what I mean.
I know a dude who went from an Excel to the 747 and I know a guy who did that from a Phenom 300 - they just managed fine. In fact, both say the flying is easier, just a tad different things to think about. (like pod strike etc.)
