If June is the opening time and services commencing then..how will the ATCOs be trained in time? Thought it took a while to get up to speed with licenses etc? I know DTV have been through a difficult time for the same reason and still have closures..they also have a lot more traffic to practice with?
You seem to be suggesting that the ATCOs employed at Carlisle until the airfield was closed for the runway works are no longer employed there and that they will have to recruit new ones. Any evidence for that?
