Lets face it, they waited too long with competitive salaries. They *will not even be competetive with the april increment *IMHO.
I would go so far and say that more FOs and especially SFOs are leaving than new ones join. Gonna be interesting how they wanna do the summer season with additional 17 aircrafts coming those weeks.
