No not a rep just an understanding person who knows this industry very well and yes the customer service seems to be very good after the event with reports from affected passengers saying phone calls being answered in under a minute and alternative travel arrangements offered or a full refunds but as we all know in our line of work flights get cancelled customers get upset due to this at least it’s looking like they have sorted the unfortunate situation out but you can’t make people happy once you have made the decision on how to move forward.
