what is the point on blaming the company and comparing it with many other? Do we know what's in it? Yes. Do we still want to work for them? For sure we ( I ) would. Is there any possibility of improving the contracts? No doubts, they are fighting for it. Discouraging people won't make anything but create a bad mood inbetween everyone.
