custom duty and VAT

FAQs from the Dubai customs website...
"What is the rate of Customs duty in Dubai?
Five per cent of the value in CIF (Cost Freight Insurance) terms except for alcohol and cigarettes. 50% Duty payable for alcohol while 100% for cigarettes."
which means that what Mr AAR is saying is:
"yes you can now bring alcoholic beverages when operating.... but you will want to.
And if you will, we will make an horrendous amount of money on you."
He also wanted to add "hehehe" but couldn't due to his position in the airline management
