Have just heard that Dougie passed away on 16 August.( Ex RAF, SOAF & RSAF). A well respected professional and a great "villa-mate" in Riyadh. Many, many great memories ! RIP, Bill.
I last saw him many years ago at the old Midway (now Thumrait) control tower- it must have been mid 1973. If I remember right there were two brothers, one had fallen down the steps the night before and again if memory serves me right had a broken leg.
