Aer lingus roster salary lifestyle
Hi All,
after selections with them offered A320 F/o position. I should leave my present job, before doing that I would like info on enviroment, roster, F/o salary, whatever could help me in taking the right decision.

About 6 years to A330, 8/9 years to command (likely reducing), 5/3 roster and can be busy but a lot more stable than any of our London offerings. Probably more legacy than BA these days.. Haven't heard any complaints about the package but whatever you do, do not accept a contract offering..you'll never get a real position if you choose that route.
