Jetairfly/Tui E190 Captain contracts.

Anybody got recent information about selection process for this position. Heard a few horror stories about the selection, tech exam and sim check etc. so trying to find out the truth ! What are they like to work for ? Understand all of the E190 work is from Belgium not France. Thanks

Interview with HR and a TRI/TRE, HR will start by asking some typical HR questions ex. tell us about you, why TUI... Then the TRI will ask you type related question (elec, hydraulics...) about bulletins. Takes about 1hr. Then they tell you directly if you pass. Day after sim. Expect engine failure on T/o comeback on Radar vector, single engine ILS raw data without FD/AP, G/A. Then some radial tracking and 1 holding entry first (raw data hand flown). Then small failure with QRH action and decision making process. Then you go back and do a NPA with FD and AP. And if you did well you win yourself a non commuting job that pays 4800€ net (don't expect to fool belgian tax authority) as captain for about 8 months/y (4-6months winterstop). The good news is that you might get the job because they can't find pilots on these conditions able to fly a raw data ils 1 eng without FD and AP. Last peace of advice i can give to you is, if they offer you a job NEGOTIATE your terms!!!! The person in front of you might be much more desperate then you are!!! Don't wait till end of contract to ask what you want!Good luck
