Cobalt Aero

Hi guys, anyone working for Colbalt?
I have an interview next week. So would be greatful for any info on interview, tests, Psychometric, verbal reasoning, numerical reasoning, Shapes and stuff.
Is there a sim assessment? Or is it just a friendly chat?

What are the rosters like?
Do they pay on time?
Are you employed by them directly or through an agency?
What are the chances of an upgrade like? As I see they are getting more aircraft in the new year.
Is this a contract or permanent?
Is commuting available?

Many thanks in advance.

Smokie,

They do need pilots but once they tell you the salary you might be shocked (that is if you are experienced). Currently they are trying to get back as many ex CyprusAir pilots who had left the country back then. The ones who return home certainly dont mind the low pay. Roster is not bad from what i hear.

Is that PC who has gone? If so, that's surprising. He's a very experienced and knowledgeable chap.

Hello Smokie,

I have read your questions regarding the Cobalt Aero pilot recruitment. Did you finally perform the interview last December?
If yes what kind of assessment did you have to go through?
I have applied for the A330 which they are planning to receive soon.
No interview dates yet.
In advance thanks

Puzzle me this....

If you get rid of a good DFO, and he was, then there is cause for concern. Tread carefully
