Aer Lingus DEFO 2016/2017

Just noticed EI have posted vacancies for DEFO. Anyone know time to LH and time to command (SH)? Will SH crew end up doing LH once the 321 Neo arrives?

Anyone on the inside know roughly how much pilots are needed in this recruitment drive?

I applied, not a sausage so far. Although that seems pretty common in my experience so far!

I didn't apply myself this time. Couldn't be dealing with the HR department again. The PFOs are coming thick and fast to some guys I know, 5000ish hours, type rated, Irish and looking to get home, recommendations from within Aer Lingus.
I really don't know what they are looking for.

I am a low hour Irish pilot who has been fortunate enough to make it to the group/interview stage in Aer Lingus HQ for DEP- is there any Aer Lingus pilots who would be willing to give me a little information on what to expect etc.
This is my absolute dream job, so any advice at all would be greatly appreciated. Please feel free to PM me if you would rather do that.

Many Thanks.

Sigma only recruit for 2 year contracts, you get binned after 2 years if you are not offered a full time contract. Not ever heard of anyone getting taken on full time after the contract. This has been going on for several years now. Apparently you are not allowed to do back to back contracts. But in this is an ever changing world, who knows...

Anyone with alternative info, I would gratefully receive, as I'm relatively local and would welcome a return home from the rest of the world.
