THY: A320 take home pay and roster

Two simple questions to THY A320 skippers:

What's your average and last take home pay without overtime?

How does your monthly roster look like?

There are many promises but very little facts, so facts would be appreciated

Roster typically 4 on 2 off 3 on 1 off, then 4 on 2 off ( 3 by request) So short of crew very few 4 days off given so ignore that bit!
75% will be 4 sector days.
Commute is not possible on all narrow fleets.
Expect to work weekdays as Turkish Nationality Captains like to work weekends as it counts double.

Life is much easier on wide body fleets.

Good information and similar to what I expected. Did a stint at Onur Air (1.5 years) and was a means to an end. Didn't mind it for a short period......

Thanks much!
