Airbus Captain position

I hold a jar ops aptl. 15,000 hours of which 7,000 are in command on 146. I am iN the unenviable position that I am an airbus 320 f/o in an airline where my face doesn't fit. I desperately want out. I am in the holding pool for a major Middle East airline but it isn't happening quick enough for me. There must be some airline that would hire me as a direct entry Captain and get me outa this mind numbing job?!!!
