I would hazard a guess at Aerosvit in Ukraine. They have a large fleet of Classics & fairly recently recruited 767 guys.

Possibly the route network involves frequent stopovers in Russian destinations, hence the requirement for Russian Visa/right to work ?

If I remember, the money offered for 767 was nothing special, and from what I see of Zenons previous offers I can't imagine this will raise your pulse rate. The CC probably will though

Neither Ukraine or Russia are officially members of the European union.
You are also right in your thinking, in that Russian work visas are notoriously hard to come by.
