Any idea who is mentioned "Highly reputable operator"?

Posted through few agencies few day ago:

We are delighted to announce that a highly reputable ATR42/72 operator in Europe with whom Aeroprofessional have successfully placed Captains before have now requested a number of Captains.
Any idea on place-base?
