Where to apply

Hi guys/gurls.

I have recently been freed from my contract in my company and is therefore looking for a new job as FO.

I want to hear your opinion about where and what to apply.

I have 2.400 hours TT and 2.100 on B737 (5-600 of them on the NG). I am from a northern EU country.

I want to stay in/around turkey. Is that even possible now? Or do I have to go to middle east? What about bizz jets, with my hours? It's too early some says. Cause I will never have the chance for an upgrade.

Any info about turkish companies is welcome. But, also FlyDubai, Qatar is in my thoughts. I was thinking about commuting contracts, so I can keep my nice home here in southern turkey.

thanks for any answers.

give a try to middle east. Qatar, EK and EY will do.
they will appreciate your hours although you are not rated.

for NG experiences maybe you will get B777 opportunity.

DAF, I am sorry to hear that you are layed off from your current company.

Are you Turkish Passport holder / Blue Card holder by any chance? If so then you may also try SXS, they are hiring as well I believe if you want to stay in the Country. Best of luck.

Fly safe and land happy

B737NG

I don't have turkish passport, but until further I have a blue book.
Although I am not sure when it will expire, but within 1-2 months.
