Or one of these... they almost fly, and girls love them more than your blue piece of paper.

there appears to be well paid contracting work over in Asia on the NG or 'bus for people with 1500 hours
maybe, but if you haven't flown in the last 3 months, they will not consider your application.

My bad, sorry. read it as contacting.

In šāʾ allāh things will pick up, but in all honesty companies like that one above have served to erode t&c's. I just hope they can sleep at night. It will come back to bite them eventually...

I am a BD pilot who is about to be laid off, I am an experienced A320 pilot who regularly flies to dodgy parts of the world like Kartoum, Tehran and Addis, who got TR sponsored and bonded by Midland 3 years ago. I have to feed my family, and buy my kid shoes every 4 weeks. My company is now exploiting this PTF scheme, whilst us employed guys are getting fired.

However, I and 34 fellow BD pilots are now having to go for the Parc Flexicrew employment at Easy. Not ideal, but it may just keep the bailifs at bay, does this mean that I am now viewed like one of these PTF people? I really hope not, as we really have no choice if we are to stay in the UK. If I left for the sandpit, I don't think I'd ever come back due to my age, and the state of my marriage would suffer. I'm British and wish to live and work in my homeland. Does that sound fair to you?

BTW I will never pay to fly ever, ever....
