You can also forget about collecting your last two months pay.

Yes many bad things there.
Pay is the worst to collect when you try to leave any Thai company.
Starts when you complain about the duty times, mel violations, for us 747 ones 3 engine take offs without approval and cabin crew on board.
Fire warnings are all false, have to ignore.
Worked for 2 tristar companies there and 1 747 company, when in between real jobs.
No one needs this abuse just to collect a paycheck.
When in fact when you get fed up and realize that you have dropped any standard you once had, know what you are doing is completely wrong, management says we do it this way or go home. start listening to threats and intimidation, worry about your job, see that most of your fellow pilots are from companies that are banned in the EU, then you know you have hit the worse case airline you could have ever flown for.
Yet they will say they are the best.
Sim checks penciled whipped, no recurrent training etc.
i really liked Thailand and the people there, but some of these airlines and the crews are the most dangerous I have ever seen.

Thing is most low time crews will go there no matter what.
Hope you remember what real standards, regulations are all about, when you leave, normal airlines look at BKK as a black spot on your CV.

Suggest you read up on all that was posted in this forum about the One-2-Go loss at Phuket a couple of years ago where 90 lost their lives. One-2-Go is the same company and ownership as Orient Thai.
