Austrian Arrows/Tyrolean

Here is a theoretical question for anyone who may have an idea as to how things work in Austrian Arrows.

How long would it take for an experienced First Officer (+/- 4000 hours, including 3800 on medium/heavy machines) to get a shot at Command with Austrian Arrows?

I am asking, because I am seriously wanting to live in Austria and to fly shorthaul, not longhaul.

Also, is it true that ALL new recruits are based in Vienna?

Many, many thanks in advance.

Upgrading is purely based on seniority within the company. So previous experience is nice for your records but won't help you cut corners.
Not sure on the current time to command though, was around 4 to 5 years in the past.
