The rosters

hi there

i'm a soon to be a training pilot and i jus have a question on how the rosters work?

For mainly short haul pilots

what are the rosters like? Are there many nightstops or is it sector flying then back home in the evening?

Which airlines have the best rosters? Which has the most nightstops?

Would you have more than one day in a country or would the maximum be a nightstop?
