Mongolia METAR specifics

Could anybody help me decode Ulan Bator (ZMUB) last part of METAR - after QFE. I tried Jeppesen Meteo section and pprune search - no result.

ZMUB 010830Z 30005MPS 270V330 9999 FEW033 11/M05 Q1014 NOSIG RMK QFE653.7 34 MOP
ZMUB 010100Z 35004MPS 9999 FEW020 FEW033 04/M01 Q1015 NOSIG RMK QFE654.0 70 ESE CM
ZMUB 302200Z 35005MPS 9999 FEW033 SCT100 04/00 Q1013 NOSIG RMK QFE652.8 78 NT

Any help would be highly appreciated.

QFE/QNH in mmHg: divide thru 3, multiply by 4 = QFE/QNH in hPa/mBar.

I was asking for text after that: two numbers and MOT/NT/ESE CM.
Have a ad-hoc flight, but never been there so trying to figure it out.

Thanks for your time anyway.

Could be the 2/3-letter code of the person(s) responsible for issuing the METAR.
They do that in Brasil as well.
