Royal Air Maroc 737 take off at BRS

What do you guys make of this RAM 737 video at Frankfurt? (Starts at 0:23)
I'd appreciate your expert opinions on what was wrong...

My apologies if this has been discussed before

It's not at BRS. Read the video info on YouTube. It's been widely discussed already.

It looks like a flaps 1 or 2 take off or something like that. I do not know about the B737 NG but I do know about the A319/A320.

It definitely had loss of lift at rotation but then it was a good idea to let it be a longer time on the RWY to gain more speed.

Pitch trim is another possibility but then you would see the horizontal stabilizer pointing down or up depending on what pitch trim is set.

Marcoalza, PLEASE change the title of your post, and thread. This has nothing to do with Bristol BRS. Or just delete it all together!
