F100/A320 FCU/PFD/ND

I flew Air Europe's F100 and liked the FCU/PFD and ND. When I later flew the A320, I noted that these three items were practically identical in the two aircraft types.
I concluded, therefore, that Fokker and Airbus bought them 'off the shelf'.
If so, who was the manufacturer?

A320 FCU is made by Thales, F100 unit is from Collins.

The F100 is far more similar to the A310/A300-600... both use the Collins -1000 series avionics.
