BowTie Risk Management anyone?

Hi all,

I'm an ex military (13 years since left) aircraft engineer (C130J mainly) who has moved into risk and safety assessment. I still do a fair bit of work with the aviation industry and am now working with BowTie Risk Management. Although it's predominantly and Oil and Gas method, I was wondering how many techies have come across it in the aviation world?

Thanks
Andy
